Trauma Empowerment
Healing starts with Understanding – Empowering Your Awareness and Resources
Gaze In __ to my trauma workshop and consultancy tailored to individuals, groups, and families. Nowadays, stress and trauma impact more people than ever. The rapid digitalization, globalization, and constant pressure leave little room for recovery and reflection. This is where my workshop comes in – a safe space to heal, grow, and regain strength.
Why This Work Matters?
As a certified trauma consultant and pedagogue (zptn), I have worked with individuals of all ages, helping them process trauma and rebuild resilience. Over time, I found my true passion: by empowering people through knowledge and practical action to build a stronger, more resilient society.
A Roadmap to Healing and Growth
Think of our work as a road trip:
Together, we define your starting point (current challenges) and your destination (desired outcomes). Along the way, we set clear milestones and actionable steps to ensure real progress. Each session is documented and adjusted to fit your needs and conditions.
What power is behind your own body and resources?
My workshop and consultancy is based on a resource-oriented and self-empowering framework (KReST model), helping individuals and groups regain autonomy and build a solid foundation for the future. I integrate psychological techniques with empathetic support to unlock inner strengths and broaden perspectives.
Psychoeducation – Understanding trauma and developing coping strategies.
Breathing & Visualization Exercises – Enhancing relaxation, focus, and emotional regulation.
Creative Confrontation Exercises – Safely processing and addressing past experiences as well as own resources.
Communication Tools – Methods to navigate conflicts with clarity and confidence.
My practice is built on autonomy, solidarity and competence, fostering an environment where diversity is celebrated. This means:
Helping individuals and groups understand and shape their life experiences.
Promoting mutual respect and acceptance.
Encouraging resilience by addressing both personal and cultural aspects of trauma.
